This hotel is excellently located next to the main pedestrian street in Bad Harzburg, making it convenient for exploring the town. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, and the balcony provided a lovely place to relax. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great selection and was a perfect start to the day.

The hotel's central location next to the main pedestrian street in the city center is a major plus. Everything you need, from shops and cafes to bars and restaurants, is within easy walking distance. You can explore the town and enjoy a variety of dining options without having to go far. Additionally, the spacious rooms with balconies offer a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Everything was great and I didn't encounter any issues.

It was just a stone's throw away from the busy pedestrian street with plenty of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants to explore. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a modern bathroom. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast was superb, with many homemade options available. a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
I did notice some minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel.

We loved our stay in this city. The hotel was a short walk to the main pedestrian street, where we found many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The location was excellent for exploring the city center of Bad Harzburg on foot. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bad Harzburg. The location was perfect, situated next to the main pedestrian street in the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were great, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a lovely view. The breakfast provided was also delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. I was impressed with the attention to detail throughout my stay, making it excellent value for money.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the room was surprisingly large and very quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the location was ideal, being situated right in the heart of the city center, with many shops, cafes, bars.
Although the room was generally clean, we did find a dusty and fluffy area under the bed, and we also found a stray medicinal pill in the same location.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was great to be close to all the shops and restaurants. The discount at the local spa was a nice bonus.
The decorations were minimal and there was no Christmas spirit. The heating wasn't working properly, so it was quite cold in the room.
